Vohandu 100K – Matt Berigan 🛶

18-Apr-2025: Best of luck to our very own Scouter Matthew Berigan from 1st Meath Dunboyne Scouts, who is taking part in The Vohandu Marathon this weekend in Estonia 🇪🇪.

The race is classed as the longest single paddle race to be held anywhere in the world and involves paddling 100km within 24 hours. 🛶

Matt is also fundraising in aid of a charity close to his heart, ONE – Organisation of National Ex-Service Personnel.

ONE support the needs of Irish Veterans through the provision of accommodation to homeless veterans in its Veterans’ Homes, and through the provision of other advice and support to Veterans through its nationwide network of branches and Veterans’ Support Centres.
